Innovative architecture with ENERGATE 1202
The window system ENERGATE 1202 was used for this innovative building by the architect Huis Putteneers in Waakerzeel-Haacht, Belgium. Reduced frame parts create a particularly elegant design. Slender glass constructions and corner windows ensure high levels of transparency, thus creating maximum light and energy gain. Furthermore, the non-thermal bridging installation in the multi-skinned wall system enables an excellent energy balance.
Special features of the house include the all-glass corner glazing and the fully glazed entrance element. And it becomes quite obvious that large surface glazing is also possible with the ENERGATE system.
Innovative living in passive house park Komforthusene
The aim of the passive house park “Komforhusene” in Denmark, completed in 2008, is to underline the numerous possibilities that passive house construction provides. Therefore, it was a great honour that the park planners were so impressed with our ENERGATE 1202 [+] windows that they promptly fitted them into two of the properties. Special mention should be made of the exceptional heat insulation values, the slender design, the high level of comfort and the system-related flexibility of the elements. The properties also underline the advantages of the ENERGATE installation-frame solution which ensures that the windows are installed in the insulation space according to clearly defined specifications of the ENERGATE system, thus guaranteeing optimum PSI values and clean, air-tight and standard blower door tested installation.
